First floor common amenities include a 40-person, shared seminar room that can be utilize on a first come first served basis, free of charge for tenants. The training room is equipped with presentation tools including large flat screen tv’s, free Wi-Fi, and modular furniture for optimal use.

Shared Conference Room

Tenants have access to a 10-person, shared conference room that can be utilize on a first come first served basis, free of charge. The conference room is equipped with presentation tools including large flat screen tvs, free Wi-Fi, and teleconference connections and more.

GenesisFIT

The fitness center can accommodate a variety of workouts. There is a great selection of equipment including Peloton bikes, cardio machines and weight training. Showers and lockers are conveniently located adjacent to the fitness center that are available for use. Free Wi-Fi.

GENESIS Station is strategically located one block from Daly City BART station, as well quick and easy freeway access onto I-280. This location offers superior access throughout the Bay Area providing our tenants with more efficient transportation and and contributes to a healthier environment

Shipping and Receiving:

Shipping and receiving is managed by a third party lab services team who is available to help tenants accept and send shipments daily. The loading dock is at grade level which has a clear path of travel to the designated and newly installed service elevator (5,000 lbs. Max Capacity).
